Ordering and Delivery Terms:

By purchasing an item from our website you admit that you agree with our delivery and return policies.
How to order:
To ask questions about designs presented in this Web store or ordering, please email to us. We will respond within a business day. Please have the design reference number and description available when you contact us.
All orders are to be pre-paid.
The order can be placed online by using PayPal payment system. Please note that in this case we won't have any access to your credit card or bank account information, and all payment will be processed completely by PayPal system.
You can also place an order by mail, and make payment by the following methods:
- personal check,
- money order,
- cashiers check.
Please don't mail cash.
When placing the order by mail, please proceed with your order accordingly instructions, include your complete contact information, and add an additional note if necessary, such as background or canvas mesh if there are choices offered. We will receive email notification of your intention to order. Please also print the order form (or enclose it in handwriting), and send it along with you payment.
If the order paid by personal checks, it will be mailed after the check clears.
Dispatch time is specified for most items in the description. It is not possible to keep all the items in stock. If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched within a business week. Items that are not in stock at the time of ordering, will be re-ordered for you, and may take up to 4 weeks to deliver.
For hand painted canvasses please allow 2 to 6 weeks delivery time. Production of each hand painted canvas requires from a few hours to a few days, therefore it is not possible to keep many canvasses in stock. Although time-sensitive requests can usually be accommodated with no additional cost, please contact us prior to purchase. Please note that we can not cancel an order for hand painted canvas after it was processed, so please be responsible in this case.
Prices are subject to change. We post new prices as soon as they become effective, so be sure to check immediately prior to ordering.
Please note that we are not a discount store. Our prices are based on the manufacturers' and distributors' Suggested Retail Prices. However, since we do work hard to help you find the most beautiful designs anywhere in the world, we hope you will come back to our shop again and again!
However, we offer promotional discounts for some products to our loyal customers. If you wish to know about such events, please subscripe to our newsletter.
Shipping and handling:
Shipping cost is specified in the item's description. Sometimes we offer Free Shipping for some or all items, in this case it will be stated on the front page and item description.
We use UPS ground shipping, USPS Priority, Parcel, and Global Express mail, depending on the weight and destination. We will notify you by email in all cases when the item will be mailed. The shippment will be trackable and insured in most cases. If the item was damaged or lost by the postal service, we will replace it or refund the cost.
In order to maintain more affordable for our customers prices, we do not maintain an inventory of most of the items. The items you order will especially purchased from wholesale suppliers or manufactured and assembled for you when your order is placed. Therefore, and also, due to Needlework Industry Copyrights policy, we can not honor exchanges or refunds, unless your item is found to be defective during shipping. However, we will package your order carefully, and will ship by insured trackable online methods.
While the quality of the items and materials is guaranteed, we will be glad to work out any problems that may occur.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us by email to notify us about the problem. If you wish to return an item, it must be first authorized by our customer care. Please email prior to return. Any package received without proper authorization, will not be accepted.
Due to the nature of our business, only UNOPENED KITS ARE RETURNABLE. All the items are clearly visible from the outside of the clear packaging. We guarantee that the charts and printed canvasses are clear and easy to understand, and that materials used are of the highest industry standards.
We will refund money excluding shipping expenses in the case when return was autorized by us, for the kit and printed/painted canvas, if returned within 7 days of delivery in unopened packaging. We cannot issue refunds for partially stitched kit. Proof of purchase must be submitted with return and mailed at customer's expense. All the threads and blank canvasses sales are final.
